• Real Time pH sensors to ensure pH level of treated waste being discharged is in compliance to the parameters set by CPCB.
• Audio visual alarms for low/full levels of hypochlorite solution and full level for treatment and storage tanks with an option to mute alarms.
• pH neutralisation valve is automatically controlled and only opens if pH level is out of range after the completion of treatment cycle, the machine gives display alert for this.
• Volume of storage tank is 100 Litres, Treatment Tank is 125 Litres & NaClO tank is 20 Litres, volumes of all tanks displayed on Home Screen in decilitres.
• Real Time non-contact level sensors in storage tank, treatment tank and NaClO tank.
• Equipment does not start treatment cycle in automatic mode or manual mode, if there is insufficient level of NaClO and gives audio visual alert for the same.
• Electrically controlled, motorise mixing of sodium hypochlorite solution with medical liquid waste at regular intervals.
• Equipment has electrically controlled safety valves in all the tanks for overflow protection.
• Untreated liquid waste overflow and leak to the drainage in any condition.
• Touchscreen display is placed above platform of the sink for easy accessibility, NaClO and neutralisation inlets are in front of touchscreen display on platform of the sink for ease of use.
• Elbow operated tap with provision of hot and cold water.
• Provision to drain liquid waste manually in case of an emergency.
• Emergency stop button.
• Configurable cycle time & Configurable auto start process level. The cycle starts automatically as soon as the waste level in the equipment reaches the auto start cycle process level with even the need for user to press start button.
• Equipment is IOT Enabled.
• If for any reason, for example, power failure the cycle is interrupted. The equipment resumes, the treatment cycles from the stage where it was interrupted.
• Outer body surface and all tanks made up of 304 grade stainless steel. All the SS 304 tanks additionally have inner fibre lining for long life.
